I was thinking of that @Diane Lane . These need a 9 volt and I can't think of anything else I have that uses that except the other 8 smoke alarms. I do have a big pkg of AAs and AAAs but of course that's not what I need. I still haven't gone out and I think I'm getting used to the beeping. I wish they had a sample of the pumpkin salsa....
@K E Gordon I wish there was some football; my team doesn't understand the concept! Now to find some other trouble to get into. Garage needs some attention. Work bench really. Guess if I switched to a winning team, I could put off working around the house on Sunday.

Mornin. Hope all you folks are having a great morning to start the week with. It's dry out here, and a bit warmer. 60+ so far. I checked the weather for the week and it showed an exciting middle of the week. Along about Wednesday night and all day Thursday predicts thunderboomies. I love a good storm. Not tornados or floods though. All our rivers are full or over, so it could get bad. Well, I gotta check a few sites. I know there's a few liberals I need to offend. Later, 'gator.

Good morning everyone. I hope the cooler temperatures are helping to pick up everyone's spirits. I've got to be getting better, I'm feeling all shaky, and weak from all the amoxicillin, steroids, decongestants, and tuns of vitamins and supplements that I've consuming. Do all steroids make you put on weight? I've put on five pounds, but I've been eating less because of the nausea I've had since starting all the meds. I start another run of amoxicillin by Wensday. My 17 year old granddaughter went to her first pro football game yesterday, and you would have thought it had been invented just for her. I gave her two tickets for her birthday, so she took her first dating boyfriend. You would have thought the Texans won just for her.
Good Morning and I hope it is a great day for everyone!! I was so happy last night to sleep with the comforter for part of the night. I needed it this morning too! What is next., flannel sheets? Good morning everyone! Still cool here too, 76 today! I don't think I had to turn on the AC at all yesterday. I looked ahead though and upper 80's will be the norm, so no flannel sheets yet and definitely no comforter. @Sheldon Scott, don't envy your morning, hope it's not too bad. Also have you been reading that other forum? blunder or blabber or as someone once said blubber woman? Ohhhh, I'm so bad for saying that. Hope the PC police don't get me here. She also has her facts wrong and nobody says anything. @Ina I. Wonder, hope you are feeling better soon! Meds can mess with your stomach and steroids can put on weight.
