Ha ha....you find the perfect little pictures. No, doing that today. I have everything out that I'm going to pack though. Yesterday I went off on a crazy cleaning spree, it was really pointless since I'll be gone for a month and everything will be dusty when I get back anyway. It all started with one of those bleach sponges. . I got one out to get up a coffee stain on my white tile counter and then I kept on going....used a few sponges. Maybe that's why I slept so well...I cleaned every tile floor on my hands and knees. Good morning everyone!
Yep - know what you mean, start with a spot to clean and go the whole hog Well at least its done, you can go on yer way knowing you will have less cleaning to do when you get back
True and if my plane crashes my daughter won't think I'm a slob when she comes to my house. . A little morbid but I think of those things, lol. Forgot to say in my post above that it's 60 here and rain all day...good day to pack. Also, @Ike Willis ....your story reminded me that I'm going to where there are 3 young boys and snow. Even though they don't have snow suits anymore, they still get all bundled up and then have to pee...times 3!
Drinking my coffee as I'm on here. Will eat soon. It's actually late for me, Patsy. I always get up around 4:00 a.m.
I'm an early bird too, but you need yer breakfast me darlin' I'm gonna take a little break - be sure to eat somethin' while I'm off air
I honestly thought of @Ike Willis too Patsy, but wondered too if @Terry Page lived in a place like that across the Pond
Seems I get up at all different times these days, but mostly later, than earlier. See you later me hopes @Patsy Faye
I love making silly pics, and this one I made at faceinhole, although it is really an on again off again site It was working this a.m. though
A very good Friday morning to you all, I am still recovering after yesterdays long day trip to Finland, from 5am till we got back at midnight, all went apart from the delays at the Russian/Finnish border which took over 3 hours queuing going out, and almost 2 hours coming back, Christmas shopping was the reason evidently.... Lappeenranta we find is a pretty boring place, and we spent the whole 3 hours in the town walking on ice covered pavements/sidewalks, luckily without falling over. We were in and out of several shopping malls, which were busy, the town is thriving simply because of the daily influx of hundreds of Russian's, buying enormous amounts of all the goods that are banned due to EU sanctions. I well post a few photos later but need to catch up on the posting here... Here is one I took of a lone trumpeter playing Christmas music in -8c (17f) gave the place a lovely atmosphere...... A snow added version...
@Terry Page - poor you - you must be exhausted All that queuing But, it is Christmas time and I guess everywhere is the same See how that guy with the trumpet playing lifted yer spirits, music is great for that and I appreciate buskers so much - hope your day goes well for you Terry
