Music always affects how we feel, and these sad songs will not help the depression that you are trying to find a way out of, @Ina I. Wonder . If you want to find your happy self again, and a glimpse of a bright future, it always helps to put cheerful music in your life . (This is your inner self talking to you, Ina; and you will hear it in my best "big-sister" voice.) Here is a happy song to wake up to. Play this in the mornings and enjoy the sunshine in the music and let the happiness radiate into your soul. Sing along with the birds and bees, and maybe even dance a little while you are singing along, and wear your brightest smile.
It's ok, but lots of Country Music (the really old Country music) people on here. Our Country Music love is Diamond Rio, Brooks & Dunn, old Garth Brooks, George Strait and so on.
I don't even care for those country singers, Cody. I liked country for a very short time in the early 80's but that's about it....when line dancing became popular I think. Do like Willie Nelson and some Johnny Cash songs but the ones by Joaquin Phoenix.
