After reading your post, @Patsy Faye ; I came across this short video that talks about a whole lot of benefits from lavender oil. It doesn't say how you should use it for most of the health benefits; but as far as I know , lavender is not poisonous, so maybe it can also be used internally.

A very good morning to you all....... I woke up suddenly at 6:30am so have been luxuriating in bed with coffee while the world around me sleeps on.....I have decided to pop to Ikea (30 minute drive) when it opens this morning, to buy a new dining room table and 4 chairs they have for just £84 ($105) which seems a bargain, the old ones we were given some 20 years ago, don't really go with the new look. Have a great weekend and enjoy the heat or the cold whichever you are having....

Yuk Yvonne :p Imagine that taste with you all day
I know people that use it and they love the comforting smell and they do use it on their pillow :)
I was unable to get the FX silica gel, its an American product and difficult to get here
Its proper name is Artrosilium which I managed to get on Ebay yesterday
Its a 'natural' product with no medicinal smell. Soaks into the skin with no after feel.
I have been using this on me feet before bed and 'so far' very good.
It must be a very good product to help me ! It helps with arthritis, I wouldn't be without it now :)

    Good day my friends.
Yesterday was one of those days. I got up ready to pay the monthly bills, looked at the calendar, realized the date, and got depressed. St Patrick's Day young Michael would have been 49 years old. :( I'm starting to understand that you can't hide from grief. For me it seems only to get better when I face it straight on.

But today, I opened an email from @Denise Happyfeet that has all kinds of cool animal pictures. The one below reminds me of my old golden retriever Amber. She passed this time last year, but she was with me 15 years. Although Amber was ill, she stayed with me one more year after my two Michael's passed. She was so keyed into all three of us that I know she understood our emotions. I really miss my big girl!

@Terry Page , now don't you leave us hanging. I know I'm not the only one that wants to see what your end results are. You've worked so hard, and "we" have waited very patiently. Sooooo???? When you're finished, please do show us. :D

@Cody Fousnaugh , the Mexican flag does have green in it, and Mexican food is much better for you than green beer. My son use to call home brewed beer that wasn't given the proper amount time green beer.

@Yvonne Smith , you were up late last night. I notice you were on after 10:pm, and that is unusual for you. Maybe we both need a little help with sleeping?

@Patsy Faye , I'll be ordering that arthritis ointment this weekend. Maybe it will help my joints and neck. My doctor put me on Gabapentin 300mg capsules last month, to help with nerve ending pains I get when one of the nerves in my spine gets pinched. It also has the added benefit of helping with my seizures. :)

The trip to Ikea was successful yesterday, The table and chairs looked good, so I bought a pack which weighed 73 lbs so a bit of a struggle getting it into the car, but I managed it without putting on my superman outfit [IMG]
I also bought a new uplighter/reading lamp and a pedal bin for the kitchen.....here are a few pics of my daughter Cathy and her son Oliver assembling them and the finished set...

I'm so happy you are going to order the Artrosilium, where did you find it ?
I have been searching for years for a marvel product and this is it !
I hope it is the same for you. It 'is' helping with the nerve endings which is an amazing surprise although the summer
    will be the 'real' test.
I even used it on my face from the cheekbone to around the ear - it worked ! I would usually have this 2/3 days
So well worth a try Ina :)
The dog picture is beautiful - I had a dog like Amber when I was fostered.
If there is a bond - they do know your innermost feelings
Pleased to hear Denise is well too

Went to our boat yesterday, when temp was 77 degrees and low wind. Wife done some waxing of the sides while I started it up and let it run for awhile at op temperature. After a minute or two, the engine was running really sweet. We were very happy at how the engine sounded. Didn't take it out, but hoping to next Saturday.

Come to find out, my wife's work didn't have corned beef and cabbage this last Friday for the potluck. And, instead of green beer, we each had a good margarita and Mexican dinner that night. Wore my Boston (the rock band) t-shirt to dinner and not a single person noticed the t-shirt. I always notice what t-shirts and ball caps say on them. BTW, this restaurant is very casual dress. People come to this place wearing shorts and thongs.

Cold Front hit us today (Sunday) along with about 20 mph winds. Temp is dropping down some 12 degrees. With that kind of wind speed, won't do much outside if anything.

It was in the 30's here when I got up, and we still have the heat on; but the house is getting warmer, and the weather channel app says we are now up to 46. I am waiting for it to warm up to at least 50 before I go outside and work in the yard. I want to get some more of the pine needles raked up, and start the rototilling of the little garden areas out front. It will be warm enough to set out some summer flowers before long, and I noticed that Walmart already has the bedding plants out for people to plant.
This morning I tried making fresh coconut milk from some of the coconut I have. When I opened the coconut and cut up the meat, I then put it into the blender with a little warm water and let it blend until it was like a thick paste. I added some cinnamon for flavor, and a pear to sweeten it , and blended everything really good. We will see how it turns out.
Bobby is still working on the house next door, and that is turning out to be a long project for him. I hope we get good people when the landlord gets it rented again. The lady that moved out left a HUGE mess, and didn't pay her rent; but from our perspective, she was an okay neighbor, friendly, and no parties or anything like that.

@Ina I. Wonder - I've just checked my Ebay order and there is no mention of Glucosamine in the gel
your one above excludes it too
The FX gel I am using 'is' Artrosilium - but has the glucosamine in it
So I am confused by it now, I know the smell of both is the same
Maybe the Artosilium used to have the glucosamine and they have now deleted that
