I'm glad I was not the one who had to hang all those eggs from that tree! It's a pretty day over here so far and it will be warm...but there is a good chance of rain today and on Easter Sunday. For all those who hope to have outdoor celebrations this weekend I hope their plans won't be spoiled by to much rain. For us, this is a really strange Easter and I have no idea what is going to be going on yet. The things we usually do each Easter weekend is not going to happen this year so we will be improvising...or not. It's just one of those times when things are not working out the way you planned or thought they would. I'm thinking of just ordering pizza today and watching movies. There's always next year for getting back on track again. In the meantime I see no reason not to be thankful for whatever will be this Easter.
Good morning everyone, busy day yesterday running errands with my daughter and also getting a wetsuit for my 18 yr old grandson for his bday...that's what he wanted. I didntt get it, his mom did...they are expensive! Then we had lunch in Carmel and by the time we came home it was late...everybody crashed early because they were jet lagged. Today my daughter and I are going to San Jose to the upscale mall and shopping for my birthday, then lunch out...weather is nicer than forecast...even for Easter..the rain is cancelled. For Easter we are doing brunch at the country club and that's all I know....also cake for grandson because it's also his bday tomorrow. Today he is having a party with friends on Carmel beach....18 yr olds, a bonfire, the ocean....scary! Have a great day everyone!
Between breakfast and dinner we ventured out for a walk and a breath of very fresh air it's -1c so below freezing all day....we called in at the local children's playground for a short break which Miro enjoyed...
Good morning on another Monday, it's snowing again at the moment, and -2c. We have nothing planned so the day will unfold, Miro is having his morning milk and I am drinking coffee....I wish everyone as good and pain free a day as possible ........
