When I was a small kid my family was on vacation and we stopped in Oklahoma for breakfast. They served hash browns and I was in awe. Their way of breakfast became became a Texas thing soon after. Oh course we make larger hash browns
@Ina I. Wonder ...sorry forgot about the beans...actually did not know about beans for breakfast in OK. I could probably do that to.
For the longest I was two eggs, two bacons and a slice of toast with an occasional change on weekends, usually Sunday. Now I am properly diversified taking whatever i can get.
I fixed Bobert and I two sausage patties, two eggs over east with garlic chives and picante sauce, and a large spinach tortilla. A 16oz. cup of coffee for me, and chocolate milk for Bobert.
Fiber One cereal. It's a miracle for me, lol. Don't have to worry about constipation when I eat that for breakfast.
I like cluster cereal but many contain nuts and nuts don't agree with my stomach anymore. Trader Joe's has a raisin bran cluster cereal with no nuts and it's really good. Had that this morning. Hope they don't discontinue it as they do sometimes with things. Should add I have it with rice milk.
I have mine with Almond milk. Trader Joe's also has a fiber one type cereal and it's cheaper than at the supermarket but it has a little bit less fiber So I don't get it. Ive had their cluster cereal...it's good.
Usual coffee ...2 turkey bacon and half cup of cereal.. 1% milk..has nuts in them...half of a roll.... I am ready for lunch
