My neck and shoulder have been hurting since I got here..an area that usually doesn't hurt.

It's either the bed but Ive been sleeping in that bed here for years or I think because of the dense fog I was very tense for 3 hrs while driving here.

    Can't think of anything else.

I have a heating pad on my upper shoulder and neck area right now!

    How much improvement??
What brand of Boron do you take? Dosage: how many mg/tablets do take daily?
Amazon has a brand called "Now" Boron 3mg tablets for $9.27. The bottle has 250 capsules.

    @Patsy Faye
Please, in what form do you take Boron? I ask because the element Boron only forms complex compounds with other elements, forming such such as "Borax". I have never heard of ingesting Boron before.

    Important Sources of Boron
Fruits like apples, oranges, red grapes, pears, plums, kiwis, sultanas, dates, as well as certain vegetables, avocado, soybeans, and nuts are rich sources of boron. Chickpeas, borlotti beans, hazelnuts, currants, peanut butter, red kidney beans, tomato, lentils, olive, onion, potato wine, and beer are also notable sources of this essential mineral.

    Deficiency Symptoms of Boron
Although all of the deficiency symptoms of boron are not fully understood, it is known that this deficiency might result in the abnormal metabolism of calcium and magnesium. Some of the other symptoms include hyperthyroidism, sex hormone imbalance, osteoporosis, arthritis, and neural malfunction.

    Health Benefits of Boron
This trace mineral is crucial to include it in the daily diet to ensure a healthy and disease-free life. Some of its benefits include the following:

    Prevents Arthritis
Boron is a successful treatment option for arthritis and in more than 95% of cases, significant improvement was noticed by effectively increasing calcium integration into the cartilage and bones. With increasing age, the bones might become weak and porous and boron can stem this deterioration by ensuring that calcium levels are maximized and used effectively.

Copied the info for you - see no problem with it Frank

If, BIG “if”, they work, will be better than taking the ibuprofen daily or the Tramadol.

I also take Boron ..one gel capsule per day . I've not been taking it for long, and apparently it's important to take it around the same time every day for maximum effect...and I have to tell you that already the pain is gone from my fingers....

Yeah, she turned 27 in December. I just lost her twin sister in November, so she almost made it. They mom lived to be 24. On topic though, Cutie has arthritis that was bad enough that, a few years ago she couldn't get up in a cat tree and was afraid to jump off of something like the bed. Since I have been giving her Cosequin with her meals, she does., and even chases the 5-year-old around the house. Yesterday, she made her way up to a high shelf where Ella, the younger one, goes when she wants privacy, and the two of them were fighting over it. It's not as if she doesn't have arthritis since it's still clear that she has some difficulty but she's able to, and that makes a big difference. I tried taking the human equivalent a while back, thinking it might help with my fingers, but it didn't seem to do a thing. It does have a cumulative effect though, so if I were to not give Cutie her Cosequin for a while, it wouldn't do her any good until enough time has gone by for it to build up in her system.
