Now it's easy enough to say that yes, I enjoy the good dreams but not the bad ones. Perhaps, most people can say that. Maybe not, as I've spoken to at least one person who would prefer not to dream or to remember her dreams.

I pretty much like all of the dreams. Some of them are scary, confusing or sad, but I feel like it's a bonus when I can remember having dreamed. I'll word it that way because some people insist that everyone dreams every night, but that some people don't remember their dreams, or even having dreamed.

But when I wake up and don't remember having dreamed at all, I feel like I've wasted whatever time I was asleep. It would be sort of like sitting in front of a television set without turning it on. Now that I no longer have to get up at any particular time, I often stay in bed simply because I am binge-dreaming, where I begin dreaming the moment I fall back asleep, and am aware of it. There are times that I can simply close my eyes and be in a visual dream. I like that.

    I have a few dreams every night, I don't think I've had a night where I didn't dream.

I do forget most of my dreams quickly unless they made a big impact on me for some reason...but as the day wears on Ive usually forgotten it.

My dreams are weird but interesting...in fact last night I dreamt about something that when I woke up made me wonder where that came from, of course now I have no idea what it even was.

Why are dreams so easily forgotten or difficult to remember?

Scientific American has an answer to that.

For the rest of the answer, read the Scientific American article.

I rarely remember my dreams. The few times I have, they've either been really stupid or scary!

I love my dreams when they are like reading a good book or watching a great movie and even though I can't remember all of them when I wake up...I still wake up feeling good emotions and excitement from them.

When I dream about fussing or fighting in my dreams...especially if family members are involved in some of those dreams...then I wake up feeling drained and stressed.

All my dreams about pregnancy and babies usually comes true for the family members I am dreaming is pregnant and has a baby...even my own pregnancy dreams happened just as I dreamed them. So I love having these kinds of dreams.

I have other dreams that are like visions of what is going to happen in my life or in the lives of those I love and these dreams often turn to a reality too.

Although I hardly ever remember all of my dreams when I wake up, I can recall many of the important parts.

For the most part I really enjoy dreaming except when I wake up exhausted or stressed from one I have had. For it seems that just like when I'm reading a good book and find myself "living" right along with those other characters in the book...I also slip right into my dreams and live right along with them too. :)

I don't have many nightmares...and I am really thankful for that.

I have a few stupid and crazy ones. Sometimes though I'll have one that kind of makes sense but never 100%.

Usually our dreams are snippets of what we've seen or heard
I'll probably dream of 'that' neighbour tonight  and hope I don't remember it :p

Now I hope I don't dream about your meighbor tonight :)

I have dreams that wake me up and then can't remember them.

But I had one this morning after I had woken up go to the little boys room

Fell asleep again and dreamt of touching a girls arse... woke up in a sweat

12 hours later can still remember the dress she had on and her reaction.

Think its down to all the news about women being assaulted.

Wonder if that makes it stick in your mind.

My dreams are almost all of a nature as to be confusing, walking in a city, for example, where I've been before many times, and unable to find the streets or landmarks I clearly recall during the dream.

Sometimes they border on violent, there may be a stranger in my house bent on harming us, I desperately am trying to grab my gun, something gets in the way. We are never harmed, and I have never harmed another in a dream.

I have dreamed of horrible events, decapitations, massive car collisions, but those are rare.

My wife says my "trobled mind" indicates I'm nuts.
