Bit of history behind this song. First proper Rock and Roll show shown on UK tele was O BOY and was and made in 1958. The Girl was Cherry Weiner and 23 at the time. Her career went down the pan in the early 60s She married and moved to Vegas and died in 2014 at the age of 79. Her last job was working in a gift shop in Vegas.
I never saw 'Oh Boy'' too young when it was on TV, but I've heard of it...and of course being a Scot..''Hoots' Mon'' is a song I've known all my life..
