Still Frightened After All These Years

What can still frighten you. Not only in dreams. In everyday life or films or books. One of mine is clowns.

 

I've never understood the fear of clowns; I like clowns.

I do have a fear of heights.

 

Ditto to both....

 

Riding in airplanes and violent, abusive people.

 

I won't put mine - you will only print pictures of them ............

The only things that really frighten me are tornadoes.

@Jeff Tracy what are ikle pydees? Is that another example of the Englishters overusing vowels?

I didn't think I had any fears, but hurricane Harvey had me shaking in my rubber boots.

 

When I lived in the Midwest it was Mantis and Junebugs. Both loved me as much as I hated them, which was lots! Here its just heights, which is easily avoided. Nightmares used to be a problem, until maybe thirty years ago, when I learned how to terminate a dream at will.

 

Yeah, I learned to control my dreams and end them when I need to. Something about a war makes it a necessity for some people.
