Good Morning peoples... It's almost Noon..it's Very hot again, but with a little breeze, no rain now for 6 weeks apart from a couple of hours in the middle of the night 2 weeks ago...but we're informed that there's a possibility of a T- storm tomorrow, ...yeaaaahhh... ..hope you're having a good time @Chrissy Cross Have a good day all
Good morning everyone! Still beautiful weather here Yesterday we went to San Jose, today I'm getting my teeth cleaned...ugh, even if it's my daughter. Thanks for asking @Holly Saunders.
My wife finished her "teeth deep-cleaning" 4-visits last week, but went back yesterday afternoon for a polishing. At least the polishing didn't hurt, like a couple of the "deep cleanings" did.
I make my daughter numb me up or at least put something on to numb the pain. She doesn't usually clean teeth...hygienists do but I make my daughter clean mine...I'm a big baby.
She had her numbed each time, but after the numbness wore off, she had to take an ibuprofen for the pain. She is about to finish up using Amoxicillin for a tooth infection she has. Teeth, like eyes and hearing...…..a real "pain in the butt" as Seniors.
Finishing getting ready (packing) for "Daddy Of 'Em All" in Cheyenne, Wyoming next week. This is billed as a huge Outdoor Western Celebration and Rodeo there and Cheyenne has been getting ready for it. Rodeo purse/prizes over 1 million dollars. Still flying out looking like Roy and Dale, just not nearly as fancy (LOL). Checking out both Loveland and Cheyenne for next years "move to" areas. Really, really looking forward to this.
I think you're going to have the best time on Vacation Cody.... I know how much you've been looking forward to it. Don't forget to take some photos on your travels. @Chrissy Cross , *ugh* teeth cleaning...I always get pain, my daughter OTOH, never gets pain and she has her teeth cleaned every 6 months.. , I only get mine done every couple of years.. I'm such a coward at the dentist
Oh yes......digital camera w/large media card and two batteries and video camera w/8-30 minute cd discs. Plus our iphones. All packed and ready to go. Battery chargers also and a 1-leg Pod to hold the camera steady. Will also have our selfie-stick.
Has anyone ever knew someone who couldn't brush their teeth or even have them professionally cleaned? My last supervisor/director had very small teeth and told me that he very seldom brushed due to bleeding. His teeth looked ok to me and he used both mouthwash and breath mints. I never smelled anything on his breath when I talked to him.
If your gums and teeth are bleeding it's because you need to BRUSH more...that's what my daughter always says. Could be gum disease, plaque or not flossing enough. You need to brush your gums also.
I'm seeing signs for the Salinas Rodeo this week...looked on the website and videos aren't allowed....didn't read carefully enough to see where they're not allowed but thought I'd mention it to you. I have no idea what your plans are...so disregard this info if it doesn't pertain to you.
I agree with Chrissy @Cody Fousnaugh , if someone's gums are bleeding, then they probably have gingivitis, he may lose all his teeth...
Good morning from our second day in Sozopol, Lisa is swimming at the moment and later we are driving to the old town of Nessebar, it's an hours drive to the other end of the bay, and full of old churches and ruins (like me) so should be an interesting place to wander around. It's called the oldest city in Europe as it dates back to the 6th century. I will take photos and post them on my Bulgarian thread Here is an aerial view of the town of Nessebar. Have a great day...
