I never after 4-5 pm though.

The minute I open my eyes I have coffee and my cereal...then an hour later maybe my probiotic yogurt, since those two are only about 120 calories total I may eat something after I get back from Curves at 8:30...usually a banana.

Those are my healthy good days...

There are a few days every month where I eat a big bag of lightly salted chips and that may be all I eat...

I seldom binge on sweets though...it's usually a savory binge.

This evening, Keto roast beef and radishes instead of potatoes. Delicious! (That's a twelve-inch skillet!)

    Looks good Lon!

I would be hanging around the kitchen door looking for a cold meatloaf sandwich at about midnight!

I am making a pot of chili for dinner, and probably for tomorrow as well. It is cold, and hot soupy kind of food seems totally appropriate to both Bobby and I , and we have not had chili for a while now.
I have been eating cabbage a lot lately and enjoying that, along with ages or even just a bit of lunch meat (salami or bologna) and lightly steamed. In the summer, I eat salads every day; but now that it is cold, salads just do not interest me and something hot to eat is better, so the steamed cabbage works good as a salad substitute.

Today we have our pick as I have been in a cooking mood with the chilly weather we are experiencing. We have chicken and sausage gumbo, chicken vegetable soup, or chili. It's all finger licking good and will be even better as encores or tomorrow, etc. :) I love it when I actually enjoy cooking now days. :)

Chili sounds good but not today since I don't have the meat for it...will get it tomorrrow and make a big pot.

Just changed my sheets to winter ones this morning because Ive been chilly in the early mornings.

Guess today I'll start using up whatever's in my fridge since I'm leaving Saturday.

If I make the chili ...that and what's in my fridge should tide me over...

I don't have any winter sheets only extra blankets, and comforters for winter time. I do think I enjoy cooking more in chilly weather though. :)
