If you watched it, did you have any favorite commercials? I sometimes watch it just to see the commercials. I mute the TV while they are playing then unmute it during the commercials. I wasn't in the mood to do that last night. I did see on the National Anthem on YouTube. I never heard of Pink but I thought she did a pretty good job; much, much better than some I have seen.

When I was Younger and a long time ago ,one tv station in England started to show American football...I tuned in every week to watch what a great game full of action Then they announced on a TV station in England that they would be showing the Super Bowl live. So at 1am GMT I tuned in to the live game. And sat their and watched people calling time out and taking 5 minutes to change their players. My Daughter who loves America and American Football stated that I should have watched this one because that did not happen and was a fast flowing game. Question how can some couple of hours game last over 4 hours.
Well it's almost that time again....Super Bowl time that is! And I'm really excited about 2019's Super Bowl because there's a good chance our New Orleans Saints may be playing in it. Even if they don't make it and we will have the answer to that in a few weeks...I'm still really proud of our Saints....they have had a wonderful winning Season and I hope that Season will continue its winning streak all the way to the Super Bowl. If they do get there...I definitely will be staying awake to watch them play...just like I did last time they played in and won the Super Bowl. And I'm going to party hardy too...even if I am 67 years old! My Mom loved the Dallas Cowboys and up until the day she passed from this earthly life she enjoyed watching their games and got so excited that her joy over watching them brought us more happiness than I can really express to y'all. Some of her joy in that team must have rubbed off on me with our Saints team because watching them play this season has brought joy and excitement to my heart too. Whether the Saints go to the Super Bowl or not this New Year...they really did us proud this Season.
Until I realized that this is a YEAR OLD thread, that has been resurrected, I thought I had slept for a month, and just woke up!
I haven’t been following football all that much but I would be super excited if the Bears were in it! I know they were doing well most of the season but at this point I don’t know where they’re at.... I know my son would be ecstatic! Someone let me know if they still have a chance... I did read that Mike Ditka had a heart attack around Thanksgiving I think. He was the coach of DA BEARS when we lived in Illinois..
The Bears are our friend and next door neighbor's home team and they are actually heading to the Play Offs just like our Saints Chrissy. My Honey says he hopes the Bears will not be the team our Saints will play against if both these teams make it to the Super Bowl because they will be some stiff competition if this happens. I know our friend wants the Bears to make it to the Super Bowl and we sure want our Saints to make it too....so we will just have to wait and see what happens.
Nothing wrong with that Tex. I played so many sports with my friends when we were young that I just developed a natural liking for most sports.
