Yes I saw that too. Didn’t someone else also confess a few years ago? I’ll take this with a grain of salt until I read more...it’s been so long that I’ve forgotten most of the details.
I agree it could be a nut.. but it's odd that he had hundreds of pictures of JonBenet on his phone when he was arrested for other crimes, and he also lived just blocks away from the ramsey's at the time of her death!!

This article doesn’t sound right to me, either. In one place, he said he let go of her, and she fell and he watched her head break in half. In another part of the letter, he says that he held her while she died, and says nothing about her head wound, which (if serious enough to break her head in half) should have killed her instantly. I thought that the initial police reports said that the child was strangled, but I see on this report, it says either strangulation or head trauma. I am pretty sure that I have read that there was more than one person involved in this murder, too. And what is the reference that they “could have been living on a private island and have a family by now” ? Is this referring to (Jeffrey?) Epstein and his island where the politicians and actors go that is known as the pedophilia island ?
I think he is mentally deranged. It's possible that he became aware that his friend wanted him to confess and he gave him what he wanted.
