I didn't really believe that AOC could be as ignorant as she seems, but after looking over the "Green New Deal" statement that she issued yesterday, I am now convinced that she really is that stupid. It doesn't speak well for Boston University, where she supposedly graduated cum laude. The paper is full of grammatical and logical errors, and seems to be a statement of Soviet Communism brought to the U.S. She uses the term "massive" or "massively" about 12 times and proposes a full take-over of the Federal Reserve and the creation of new "public banks" to inflate the dollar in order to pay for the "massive expenditures" required to implement her plan. That fact that other Democrats are not denouncing this foolish thesis is also disheartening. I don't know why she couldn't find a competent proofreader to scan her announcement prior to publication. I find it really sad that so many are buying into this, at least on the surface.
A.O.C. : She's new on the job but she's going to be a keeper. I like what I see there and I don't know her politics yet but whatever they are, she's a dandy. You don't pull one like that off the line and throw her back. She's a keeper.
Gotta give a little credit to her Don. She did, after all, omit the cow fart part from her proposal so that says that she did do a little “stewing” and some screening to her proposals. And a little credit does go to N. Pelosi too for not taking it to the next level by asking her to join the new climate change committee. I do understand that some tears were shed by the good little representative from N.York because she was left out but, that might be some here-say. Gee, I got an idea. All the cows in the U.S. could be raised indoors and fed hydroponic grass. After all, the Netherlands has some humongous hydroponic farms and gosh, we could raise cattle in something like that and filter all the farts out and feed the hydroponic plants with cow poop. Then, if that works we can cover all of New York City with a giant dome and filter all the farts out of that and feed the good people with hydroponic plants that are fed with people poop. @Bobby Cole there is a farm in Lulu's neck of the woods (Westchester) outside New York City that is part of the New Food Movement called the Stone Barn Center. The owner was a consultant to the Obama Administration on food and diet. They do things similar to what you described above. They want to change the way the world looks at food. Each meal at the restaurant there averages about $250 and all the food in raised on-site or nearby. When asked how they expected to feed the world using their techniques, they replied that ist was not their goal to feed the world, just to change the communities and the way they look at food.
I guarantee that Ocasio Cortez won't be doing that, nor will any of the other elected officials who think it's a good idea to require it of the rest of us. Like pretty much everything else they mandate, they will exempt themselves and the remainder of the elite.

Apparently Nancy found it all too embarrassing and people like "Spartacus" are touting it everywhere. Does Spartacus realize that the original Spartacus ended up crucified?
