It's difficult to say really here Lon because costs vary enormously, here in the south everything is much more expensive than the North... but after a little research it seems the average similar costs without nursing care is approx £30,000 ( equal to $39k USD) per annum, and with nursing care, approx £10,000 on top... ... so approximately half of what you're paying...
