YEA ! ! And also HOORAY ! And YIPPEE !, as well. Good to see your happy face again, @Babs Hunt ! We have all missed you here.
Thanks Yvonne. When life throws a hard ball at you like mine did...it has taken a while to wade through it all and get back to my normal self again.
Other than for a couple of days a week ago, I have not been gone, nor do I intend to be. I have been in the forum several times throughout the day, and plan to continue that. However, besides my regular 30-hour-per-week web directory job which, since I am in the computer gaming part of the directory, is requiring more of my concentration than most categories do, we have gotten an outside job developing promotional material for a health-related business, which is going to take more of my time. Plus, we're waiting to get a go-ahead from a law firm that wanted some SEO work. However, both of these are temporary, but we can use the money. Please continue as you have been, and if you could try to think of a few additional things to say to make up for the things that I might not have time to say, that would be even better. Again, I am not gone. I will be here frequently throughout the day.
We don't actively promote our design and SEO services because the industry has changed so much that it's not so much fun anymore but we still take clients who we get from referrals from past clients every now and then. My wife was one of the first two people doing SEO before they had a name for it and by the time we met, I was also doing that, only just for my own sites. A few extra thousand for a month or two or three out of the year is nice.
Then you checked the box that says “stay logged in” on the password phase. That said, even though you stay logged in, your name won’t appear as a member present until you actually check into the forum to read and or post.
I'm here... I've been out all day..it's been 101 degrees here, we live just 40 minutes from the nearest Huge beach and seaside resort where my hubs was born and raised , but knowing everyone would be making their way to the beaches countrywide we headed inland an hour away and visited the huge gardens and House of a Jacobean mansion. Hardly anyone there which was great, everyone obviously at the beach , or at home or work.... we got back at around 6pm and suddenly the skies darkened and just as we were about to put the sprinklers on, the Biggest Lightening and thunder storm I've ever seen or heard began..it lasted about an hour and drenched everything... but now at almost 8pm the sun is back out, and the rain hasn't even dropped the temps!!....so indoors the tower fans are working overtime.. https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/audley-end-house-and-gardens/
He probably has preferences set to 'stay logged in' or whatever it's called. I don't sign in either. I click the icon on my toolbar and I'm in.
