It looks like a facial cyst. You can look up pictures online and they seem to look like yours. This is what was written about it: A cyst can develop due to a clogged oil gland or hair follicle. Cysts feel like soft blisters when they are close to the skin's surface, but they can feel like hard lumps when they develop deeper beneath the skin. A hard cyst near to the surface of the skin usually contains trapped dead skin cells or proteins. As @Beth Gallagher suggested, they can lance it in the doctor's office or maybe prescribe a salve. It doesn't seem to be dangerous, just annoying.
Maybe it could be shaved off. You know once over it with a blade razor or saw away at it with an electric shaver.
I think you should see a doctor right away. And, for God's sake, don't go fiddle-farting around with it! You might wind up dead or worse.
Early memories: a tar paper shack, home baby brother asleep in the bottom chester drawer which was his bed. He a five year on a pallet on the floor, his mama and daddy lying on the big bed, his daddy saying, "See that hand?" as he slapped her hard across the face." SLAP, time and again. She crying, "Don't hit me again, please." the boy, silently crying, his hands on his ears, silently saying his prayers, praying for help he could not provide.
