You didn't know that a Bloody Mary is a breakfast drink? It is alcoholic, but so. Actually, I've done some research on it and it is considered a very healthy drink for breakfast. Not due to the Vodka, but due to the tomato juice in it. The Vodka is just an added plus . IOW, tomato juice tastes much better with a shot or two of Vodka in it.
Tomato juice is a breakfast drink.... it becomes a later in the day /evening drink when you add alcohol especially 2 shots of Vodka....... ..
Not here! A Bloody Mary, consisting of Vodka, is a breakfast drink, for those that ask for it. Here, people will only order a Bloody Mary for breakfast, no other time...…..that I know of anyway. Remember, Holly, this is America, not the UK. Some things are different here.
A Bloody Mary is just another drink; served anytime day or night. A Mimosa is also a traditional brunch beverage. 3/4 c. champagne and 1/4 c. orange juice .
well if anyone had vodka at breakfast here, most people would think they had a problem with alcohol...
I had Poached Eggs over Hash Browns/three slices of crispy bacon. bowl of mixed berries, English Muffin, Prune Juice, Coffee
Usually, in the past few weeks anyhow, I have either a bowl of cereal, oatmeal, or a container of yogurt. I usually have an orange or a grapefruit in the morning, but I eat them periodically throughout the day, so I just consider that to be Vitamin C.
Gotten into a bad habit, in saying i don't eat breakfast, sometimes yogurt mid morning.....but i do love going out for brunch.
Me too.... I don't eat breakfast, I have to be up and about for several hours before I can eat...so I eat brunch....and often eat out. However today, I had to go shopping so when I got into town I got a take-away hot sausage roll and a bottle of water and sat in the sunshine on a park bench the town centre grassy boulevard area eating it while I was people watching for a few minutes...not exactly what I usually have for brunch but it was delicious
