Looks yummy, Holly. I've not heard of a savory flan. (Looks like what we call quiche.)

Tonight was lasagna. Turned out pretty good and there was enough left over to freeze for another time.

Thanks to @Bill Boggs I have had chili-dogs on my mind all week. Since my husband won't be home for dinner tonight I picked up a package of hot dogs, buns and a can of chili at the store. I'll be "fine dining" on chili dogs with mustard and onions. :D:D

I had some of my homemade kimchi with steamed rice and a mug of green tea. The dark stuff on top is my kelp flakes.

Thank God some people are still referring to the evening meal as "SUPPER"!

When I was a kid, the mid-day meal was "Dinner" and the evening meal was "Supper"!

My wife doesn't like the term "Supper", so I asked her if she refers to the painting of Jesus and his Disciples as "The Last Dinner"?

My wife and I argue about that all the time. She considers the three meals to be breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while more intelligent people, namely myself, refer to them as breakfast, dinner, and supper. Lunch is something that I might pack if I'm going to be working in the woods and don't feel like going out to a restaurant.
