Not at all. It is that you actually turn in for the nite usually in mid morning. How do you do it.. insomnia?
I just don't need a regular sleep schedule. It comes from working night shifts for twenty years and another twenty as a paramedic, when we slept whenever we had time to.
Just proving, once again, that I occasionally get up before noon. It is 5:57 am and I have been up for at least a half-hour.
The robins woke me up this morning. I did yard work yesterday which was a record warmth day and ache plenty but I'll survive.
It I was up at 6 AM & into the shower by 6:30 AM. Coffee was brought to me at 7:15 AM & Bacon/Eggs/Toast at 8 AM. Took a nap until 10 AM and it's now 11 AM and I am ready for the day.
As for me, I'd rather hear/smell horses and cattle. Sometimes, depending the the direction of the wind, will smell cattle. Love it! Not hearing an alarm go off is such a very, very nice thing.
