Just no real need for full meals every night. I can no longer eat alot at one time anyway. Just something we due here latley.
I've been doing that. I found that maybe once (or even twice) a week, I'll have a salad with cheese & crackers for dinner...maybe soup on the side/maybe not. Since I started doing this, I've been buying higher-quality cheeses rather than eating the Kraft stuff. Still makes for a cheap, healthy meal, and I get to explore new stuff.

You know, my mandoline has a julienne blade. Maybe I could make myself some homemade air fried potato sticks. Regarding my twin sister...we try to keep it under wraps, but always seem to choose the same outfits Don't ask about the poodle skirts...
