Lunch was a grass-fed beef burger (grilled a bunch at once and froze them) with smoked gouda cheese, tater tots on the side. So dinner will be light...likely a salad with cheese & crackers.
Unintentionally had a heavy lunch. Bought a ham sub at Kroeger's when I was shopping that was stacked high. I cut it in half to make 2 meals out of it, but it was still pretty filling. Could have been those Fritos and macaroni salad... So dinner's gonna be: -Salad -Cajun-seasoned bacon-wrapped grilled corn on the cob -Grilled naan with cheese melted on it -Fudgesicle
looks like we all eat pretty good. so, do you think what your eating is affecting you in anyway? Are you overly concerned about trying eat the right things -whatever that is now days? Was jut a thought way too early in the morn again. We had roast beef ,potatoes, carrots with celery from the crock pot.an a ice cream on a Stick
We seem to be eating pretty much the same as always, Gloria. I've always tried to make "balanced" meals, whatever that means. (Meat and veggies for the most part.) We were snacking more but I have stopped making bread and baking; I didn't want to outgrow my clothes! Today I'm going to make a shrimp boil with little red potatoes and corn on the cob.
Tonight: Rice noodles with dill, soy sauce, EVO, vegan margarine, garlic, turmeric. My appetite has fallen off, quite a bit, lately. I force myself to stay very busy, physically, during the day, though. That keeps me from dwelling on this Twilight Zone life so many of us are now living.
