Lunch was a grass-fed beef burger (grilled a bunch at once and froze them) with smoked gouda cheese, tater tots on the side.

So dinner will be light...likely a salad with cheese & crackers.

Unintentionally had a heavy lunch. Bought a ham sub at Kroeger's when I was shopping that was stacked high. I cut it in half to make 2 meals out of it, but it was still pretty filling. Could have been those Fritos and macaroni salad...

    So dinner's gonna be:
    -Salad
-Cajun-seasoned bacon-wrapped grilled corn on the cob
-Grilled naan with cheese melted on it
    -Fudgesicle

We seem to be eating pretty much the same as always, Gloria. I've always tried to make "balanced" meals, whatever that means. :D (Meat and veggies for the most part.) We were snacking more but I have stopped making bread and baking; I didn't want to outgrow my clothes!

Today I'm going to make a shrimp boil with little red potatoes and corn on the cob.

Tonight: Rice noodles with dill, soy sauce, EVO, vegan margarine, garlic, turmeric. My appetite has fallen off, quite a bit, lately. I force myself to stay very busy, physically, during the day, though. That keeps me from dwelling on this Twilight Zone life so many of us are now living.
