Corn Flakes with Banana/Coffee/Mixed Fruit/Crispy Bacon I can't remember the last time that I had Corn Flakes
I made Fiberlicious Pumpkin Bread yesterday, and I had a slice of that with coffee for breakfast this morning. (It has almond meal, psyllium fiber, flax seeds, and chia seeds for lots of fiber)
Two Scrambled Eggs, a Hash Brown Potato Patty, and a Grilled Beef Patty, with Orange Juice. One cup of Coffee afterwards, and a cup again on Sunday, but that's all the Coffee for the week!
I made a bacon & egg sandwich this morning. I usually have fruit & cereal...the high fiber stuff. I've never been a corn flakes fan. Never been on the menu when I was a kid or an adult.
That sounds good. I bet the folks who work in your kitchen like their jobs. They are able to make some really nice dishes while being able to plan better than they would be able to in a classic restaurant environment. I don't know that I've ever made a Hollandaise Sauce. Years ago one of my local grocery stores used to carry a log of Canadian Bacon...it was like a big sausage, non-sliced. That made for some really good poached eggs. Can't find anything but the sliced stuff anymore.
It's gonna be raining here all day long, so it's the perfect time for French toast made with thick-sliced apple cinnamon brioche.
I did the MacDonald's Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and it kind of made me feel a little sick. I've had them before without trouble.
-Quaker Oatmeal Squares (my favorite, and stores are not stocking them anymore) -Strawberries -Blueberries Same as I have most every morning, excepting I'll have eggs every coupla weeks.
