That is not supposed to happen until around the middle of March, from what I have read; so we have a couple of months where it will probably look like Biden is president, or until the military takes over this country because of basically being overtaken by China. We know that he was busily signing his name on something (maybe only blank paper) the other day, and there was a stack of document books beside him to sign. The only reason that comes to mind for me, is that it is because he is not the legally inaugurated president, so his executive orders are basically worthless. It is very likely that he is not even at the White House. The video of him signing these orders show a car parked right outside of the window behind him. We know that there is not a parking lot outside of those Oval Office windows, so it would appear that he is at a movie set elsewhere.
