We fixed burritos with brisket inside, small pizza squares to munch on, home made limeade to drink. Then a dip of ice cream. All we could come up with.

Looks great, but I just can't do salmon. (As a child, my mother made us salmon patties from canned salmon...)
Funny thing is, Lon, most of us can't even afford the kind of meals you eat there. This place must be a pretty "upper-class" type Assisted Living. Then again, I don't know how other Assisted Living places are.........types of dinners they have or their accommodations. Question is, just how did you find this place to live?
