Fixed us sandwiches tonight thick bacon, swiss cheese, bread, Miracle Whip Dressing & red pepper strips. Then hot brownies for dessert. Good old milk to drink with all of it.

dl2.png These are one of my favorites to take fishing but cold in ice chest, also left over cold pizza. By the time she started eating I had everything but 2 glasses washed and put up (paper plates). My best friend and neighbor. Crippled from an attack on her will never walk again..

Oh, yay! The better half is picking up dinner from Luby's (a Texas cafeteria chain) and I'm having liver and onions, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes with a wheat roll. I never get liver unless we go out somewhere because I'm the only person within a 16 mile radius of here who will eat it. The hubby will try not to smell it on his way home; that dry-heave thing is annoying while driving.

I love me some liver & onions. I understand the whole "No one I know likes it" thing. I had one friend who enjoyed it as much as I do. Whenever I'd make it, I'd call JoAnne over and we'd pig out.

When my mother was still living, I'd have to go to her house to have liver.

I have never heard of Black Garlic Butter. I just looked for instructions on how to make black garlic. Once again, Lon, you've got me going down a new culinary path. I've made roasted garlic before...now I'll try this.

That's looking eatable for sure. Never heard of black garlic butter here either. Is it a Cajun variety?
