A ten being Excellent & one Terrible. I always made a good living but never made BIG BUCKS, however I rate myself a Excellent Money Manager Ten. BTW -I think of Big Bucks as six figure income.

3..... I make enough money but... if someone gave me a six figure amount, I’d probably spend it in 2 weeks.

As far as budgeting and stretching a buck, I was always pretty good at it. Regarding investments, I was lucky--plus I listened to some good advice when I was young and it paid off for my retirement years.

Probably a three but I really never had enough money to manage. Had I any disposable
income I would never have invested it, maybe save a little, but investing has always been
    a no-no.

It's a side view of a nicely endowed woman, in a very chic white top and black pants, standing in front of a white chest of drawers with one drawer opened.

Lon, as a Certified Arborist, a tree expert, and a connoisseur of beautiful women, I must tell you that you are in need of a new pair of glasses, absolutely no lie......

When I was a single guy, I was a very good money manager, in my own way. I earned a decent living, I didn't need much, and I rarely bought anything that I couldn't pay for in full. Other than a mortgage on a house, I didn't buy stuff on credit. Although I financed a new truck, I made a large down payment and paid it off within a couple of years. I have never been very good at paying bills, not because I didn't have the money, but because I would forget about them until they shut the electricity off. So I made a point of not having very many bills, and paying ahead on those that I remembered. If I got stuck with a big expense, I could so without a whole bunch of stuff until it was paid for. Everything changes when you're married.
