Today I had Honey Nut Cheerios with sliced banana, coffee and OJ. 2 hours later a French donut with more coffee.
While lunch and dinner choices are selected from a menu our breakfasts can be custom prepared. I will haveEggs Benedict one day and French Toast and Bacon the next. This morning I ordered Scrambled Eggs with Ham/dish of fruit/Danish/Coffee
THAT would be a big risk for me staying at a place like that. Making breakfast myself, I'll do fiber cereal with berries on it most days of the week. The hot meals (eggs, French toast, bacon, Hollandaise sauce, etc) are just a couple of times a month, and usually only in cold or inclement weather. If I had them at my fingertips like that, they would be an every day thing.
