Living In Assisted Living

I do all, yes "all", of our laundry each week. We have a washer and dryer in our apartment. I also change our bed weekly and do the linens. This was part of the agreement wife and I made, for me fully retiring and not working anymore. This started in 2009. And, btw, I also load, run and empty (put away) the dishes in the dishwasher.

Those are not 5-pound smart bells, Shirley...they are 5-Kilograms each, which equals 11 Pounds each.

I don't get any exercise except to furniture surf around the house..

It's a comfortable ride to appointments. my walker goes in the big trunk.
