Lord please forgive for trying to commit food suicide this morning... Leftover gravy, bacon and one of my specialty bought breads.But it was so worth it
Two eggs over medium, two Jimmy Dean sausage patties, one diced up/fried potato with four pieces of diced green pepper, two toast and second cup of Folgers coffee w/packet of Splenda and flavored cream. Tomorrow morning, breakfast at IHOP. Would go to Mimi's Café, but they closed down/vacated during pandemic. An IMMEDIATE VACATE Order, from County Sheriff, is taped to all doors of restaurant. Will miss their eggs benedict and a great bloody mary, but.
I had an easy to make breakfast today. Frosted Flakes with bananas, coffee and OJ. Nothing fancy but enjoyable.
For breakfast this morning I had my daughters special recipe of Pancakes; she makes the pancakes with lemon rind and ricotta, and will add blueberries if you so choose, add butter and syrup to taste. I had it with coffee and it was delicious.
We are headed for the fitness center in a few minutes, and I will be swimming; so I do not want to have much food in my stomach before I swim. I usually have the steel cut oats and an apple for breakfast, but today, it is just going to be a cup of coffee and half of a protein bar. After swimming I have a doctor appointment to check my pacemaker, so it will be lunch time before I have any real food.
