I have not been billed this month by my Assisted Living and suspect it's because of the Class Action Suit against the parent corporation. The other case is against ROUNDUP for those that have used the product and developed Lymphoma. I am doing nothing with either case and just sitting back waiting.
We used the Roundup products over the years but who knows which years, etc. so I could never prove it. It can't be pleasant having to be involved with two different suits. I wish you luck. @Lon Tanner
Two years ago I responded to a email and agreed to participate in a Class Action Suit. It cost me nothing. I received $ 754.24. A nice surprise.
Good for you! I had a small case of "found money" once by going to one of those websites and discovering that there was an Allstate refund check out there for me. It made no sense...I had been at the same address for over 15 years at the time (and was still there for another 15 years), and had Allstate as my insurer for long before I moved in there. How could a random check not find me?
Just last year. I had my driveway dug up and fresh gravel put down...the grass keeps growing up through it. Why do you ask? Class Action lawsuit?
Both have been shown to have deleterious effects on babies, adults, teeth, thyroids (anyone with a thyroid problem ?) , and bones and other parts of the body/ physiology . If there were no toxins in the food and air and water supply, imagine what a relief that would be ! ? Do you think there would be any heart problems then, or diabetes , or cancer ? How much if in the diet, and chemicals in the diet , responsible for the massive sickness ?
My husband has used it for years, and he still uses it for a lot of upkeep around his mother's place (fenceline, etc.)
I was diagnosed in 2007 with a Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Blood Cancer called Waldenstrom's Disease and am currently in Partial Remission. I am involved with a private suit against Monsanto and not a party of the Class Action suit that has been getting a lot of attention.
I used it once to kill weeds coming up through the sidewalk, and along a fence line but that was a long time ago.
