Just bought one of these vacuum containers on EBay to keep homemade pasta fresh after I dehydrate it. The container's 9" tall, so I'll have to watch my pasta manufacturing technique. I couldn't find one taller.
We have My Pillows. Using their sizing instructions, the one that I ordered was larger than the one that Michelle did. As it turned out, she felt hers was too small and I thought mine was too large, so we switched. There are nights when I don't use a pillow at all or I use only an edge of my pillow, but most nights it is comfortable for me.
That's interesting. When their advertising wore me down and I was ready to buy, I saw all sorts of complaint reviews: "It was nothing but a bag full of large, irregular-sized chunks of jagged foam rubber." I know that all products have their share of detractors, but there were almost as many of those reviews as there were "I really love it!" comments. Made me think that their QC was all over the place. This is another product I hate buying sight-unseen.
We tried the My Pillows and I agree... just chunks of random foam. I thought they were horrible so I returned them.
It wasn't a life-changing event or anything but they were more comfortable than the memory foam ones we had. I think a lot of the detractors were simply Trump-haters, since the My Pillow guy was a vocal Trump supporter, as well as being kind of weird. I like the pillow well enough, though.
I bought ours from QVC before I ever saw him on the infomercial or knew anything about his connection to Trump. I thought he was a cheese-ball at the time because he wore a gigantic gold cross pulled outside of his shirt in an obvious attempt to send a subtle message. Kind of like "Christian trial lawyers" that advertise on TV. I bought the pillows because they were made in the USA. But then I returned them.
Just got these from Walmart: I have a couple of plastic canning jar funnels, and will use these for hot stuff.
I have a couple of tomato plants in containers on my deck. I've got an 8' stake in them and they're growing quickly. These should help. Pcak of 100 for less than $10 delivered cost, they can be used for other stuff and they can be used again & again (or maybe just again once...I have no idea how durable they may [or may not] be.)
I just posted in the "Fire Tablets" thread, but Amazon is having a kick-butt sale on the new Fire 10 HD tablet. Regularly $150 for $80. So I bought one. "There's one born every minute."--Amazon (stolen from PT Barnum)
Yeh, I got them tied up. I'm disappointed you didn't notice that I got a 100 "pcak." When I was that you replied, I thought we'd share a laugh. Oh, well. On the upside, they are really growing fast. It's as though there's new growth every morning.
As I'm sure you know, there is nothing worse than unrequited sarcasm. Thanks for replying...I'm now complete.
