I can’t see how anyone who voted for Biden and Harris is or can be happy. In the first place, I believe the majority of folks who voted for Biden were just voting against Trump. Not one intelligent individual couldn’t see that Joe Biden was and is mentally challenged and ethically weak but that said, who could see that his love for power and wealth would spill over into this type of devastation to a whole country….including ours? Who could see that Biden’s lack of mental acuity and moral standing would make a mockery of the men and women who died trying to help a whole nation be free? It was Senator Biden and people like him who hamstrung the United States Military 50 years ago to the extent that they made sure we couldn’t win in Vietnam. Now, the puppet has done it again and this time, his actions left behind American civilians.
Don’t be mistaken John, I know just as everyone in this country knows how valid the election really was but that said, there were some folks who threw their hat in Biden’s ring and I really believe they were just voting against Trump. There are those who’s minds were so clouded by their hatred for D. Trump that they would have voted for a trained monkey rather than Trump for another term.

I know about the physically ill thing. There are many parts of the Nam I would have preferred to forget but the stark similarities between then and now is bringing it all back. The one single thing I am thankful for. My stepdaughter went to Afghanistan a couple of years ago as a civilian consultant for CH-34’s and her stay was extended from 2 weeks to about 3 months. If she had been there now she might have been left behind just as other civilians are.

Just a fact. Biden just lost an embassy and Obama lost one in 2012. Soleimani attacked the American embassy in Iraq and Trump had him terminated with extreme prejudice. That embassy still exists.
China is now broadcasting to Taiwan that they can see how they can rely on America. They can see how they treat their allies. China also began live fire exercises off the coast of the island.
Many reports have been placed online from Afghani women who outline their plight, their fears, their unwillingness to give up their hard-won freedoms. Has it been considered that given the great numbers of effective weapons displayed throughout this skirmish, mainly AK-47s, that surely many women having locked themselves indoors might have armed themselves, instead of lying in wait of their fate, and intend to create their own fate by shooting as many insurgents as possible who show up to "clean house". Good question! Logically, the women should arm themselves but maybe they might have a reason not to. I’m only surmising mind you, but even though the women could do without the Burkas and could go to school, I think the women are still considered second class citizens so to speak. A sort of contemporary Muslim thing. It’s doubtful if most of the women there even know how to fire a weapon and for a woman to kill a man would be anti-doctrinal to a Muslim.
Apparently, it may be much worse than we first thought. There are reports that NATO allies were no consulted and were caught flat-footed. The French were going door-to-door this morning trying to location their nationals for evacuation. This was a NATO operation and the U.S. pulled the rug out from under them. The Chinese are already in the process of negotiating for the Afghani lithium. If they get the lithium and take Taiwan, they will have a virtual monopoly on rare earth metals, lithium, and chip manufacture. We won't be able to make weapons, cars, or any of the "New Green Deal" stuff the administration has plans for. The Chinese already control LEDs and Solar panel manufacture. The environmentalists don't seem to mind China polluting their land as well as the Pacific Ocean as long as the U.S. doesn't do it. We are being set up either for a strong dictator or a total collapse. Oh, and as an aside, I was logged in through my VPN to Canada and, while the dialogue was valid reporting the stories of all the problems in Afghanistan, the Canadians put Trump's picture over any distressing video. Watching from the American side, that did not appear.
