And getting back on topic, I haven't been able to use my rebounder for over a week. Sitting around is getting old.
I have not used mine in two weeks. I thought it was interfering with my back issue, but maybe not. Will try and start back up tomorrow,
Be careful if you have a back issue remember its not called an acident for nothing once you hurt something it may not be easy to reverse it.
Back issue has been on going for a long time, but thought the bouncing around was aggravating my back. I am kind of in the Down mode right now, so that does not help.
I guess I'm just paraboid abour exercise nowafter being in intense pain from " improperly" exercisinf in dancercize. It is slowing up a little but still hope novody else hurts themselves trying to improve like I did..
Just try some gentle bounces where your feet don't leave the mat, Gloria. If it hurts at all, by all means don't continue. I've been bouncing every day for 10-20 minutes and it seems to help me, especially my heart rate.
While we should keep moving, it would not be wise to get too overzealous with exercise in our advanced years. Falling is always a possibility. Any resulting aches and pains from the exercise won’t show up until after it’s too late.
what makes you think i could ever jump in the air on that thing? i do just bouncy around, about all i can do.
Try eosinophilic fasciitis, that is what I had trying to do very lite exercise. It is not a pretty auto immune disease and a witch to get over. so be careful !
How many of you are still using the Mini Trampoline? I thought about buying one but didn't want to buy something on impulse that I would wind up sticking in a corner to gather dust. I decided to wait a few months and if y'all were still using the, I'd buy one. I already have enough dust gatherers.
