Thanks hubby found a new recipe,he uses sour cream instead of buttermilk,if he has it so he tries to keep some around. He likes to cook where before he couldn't cook at all. He is a great pastry andcake baker last 16 years. He took ovr my kitchen,
I had bacon, eggs & toast for the second time this week. Dunno why, it's usually a once-a-month thing for me, if that. I'm still frustrated that my country eggs have weak yolk membranes, so if they survive the crackin' they don't survive the flippin'.
Same old same old here. Breakfast #1 All veggie protein shake. BF #2 Cottage cheese, natural applesauce, a couple of tablespoons of almond butter blended with wildflower honey, and coffee. BF #3 unsweetened unflavored yogurt and hot chocolate.
Tomatoes and ham slice on a toasted bagel, open faced. We eat tomatoes on everything because we are tired of canning and because they taste sooooooo good.
