I hope you are including your daughter in this decision-making. It is your decision, but she might have questions that you might be overlooking. You might consider a two-bedroom so you can have a scaled-down version of your train and a place for musical instruments. Also, inquire about how soundproof the walls are. Try to be set up for the things you enjoy in your new environment.
Yes Faye...I've already planned for that. My place will be a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment of 975 square feet, with all utilities paid and all meals served in the dining room. Daily activities, too...all year long. My Daughter (age 49) has been making all the important decisions since my Wife passed away. Hup II III IV...
