Bobby does his own cooking a lot of the time, because he eats a lot of meat, and I do not. Both of us eat whatever we want to eat, but if I make a meal like the beans or pea soup, he usually has some of my veggies. Tonight I had a cucumber salad and a bagel with a slice of cheese for dinner. The dogs much prefer watching Bobby eat his dinner and getting leftovers; but they do now eat vegetables, and even had some of my pea soup the other day.
Absolutely! My intake for protein is approx. 240-250 grams a day and I burn over 1,500 calories a day. Also, all that pork has nearly 0 carbs but yet contains potassium, zinc, niacin, B-6, C, B-12 and a plethora of other good stuff. So far as veggies, there’s peas and corn with Red B potatoes and my supplementation for anything missing from sight is monstrous. I be’s healthy!!
