Wednesday I made chicken burgers on the BBQ.. It was a balmy -25c but I still went outside to BBQ... Steamed fresh broccoli with a garlic butter on top..
Chicken legs with the back attached, skinned and the fat removed, placed on my HOT BBQ grill.. Salad with my own dressing..

Too tired to cook this evening..so I just put some Haddock, Leek and cheddar Fish cakes in the oven to bake...it cooked itself in 25 minutes.. and it took me a lot less than that to eat it..
We've been eating out of the freezer, GS had eaten out several times and I've grabbed sandwiches. I'm in an uninspired phase; other than some more lentil soup, I haven't cooked in just over a week.

Today is Nascar Sprint Cup race day so my Honey will be grilling and we will be chilling! Today's menu will be grilled shrimp and new york strip steaks, baked potatoes with all the trimmings, fresh steamed broccoli and cantaloupe and strawberries for dessert.
