Yes we do, knowing full well how burger snobs who eat artisan and veggie burgers look down on us and such a lunch not knowing that lard is a perfectly good condiment that compliments scorched onion bits.
Thank you for your post, which reminded me that I need to mix up a batch of chicken salad and put it into the lunch rotation. Goes good with sweet mesquite-smoked, baked chips.
