Coffee is good. I like grits, eggs sometimes but mostly just a bite to take meds. A couple crackers do the trick.
scrambled egg, 1 piece bacon, half avocado, tad of mayo, slice of cheese on high fiber wrap ..delicious
I gotta share this here. I can't be embarrassed, since none of you know who I really am... It got chilly here last night...in the 20s. It's been overcast today and very breezy. Even though it hit the upper 40s there's been a wintry bite in the air all day. I got up and decided that Cold+Overcast=Bacon & Egg Breakfast (rather than cereal.) But I wasn't really that hungry. So I got dressed and went outside to do some work in the cold for an hour, specifically to get my appetite up...there's always something I can do around the place. So I'm out there freezing my butt off gathering kindling in the woods and chopping up some more cedar for fire starters and doing other stuff, then back into the warm house to eat when my hour was up. The stuff didn't really need to get done, but I wanted a big breakfast. It worked. -Bacon -Eggs over easy -Home fries & onions (from leftover baked potato) -2 slices of toast -More toast & jam for dessert -Coffee Hey, at least I found something to motivate me.
Same thing every morning for breakfast #1 and breakfast #2. #1 Cottage cheese and applesauce #2 Yogurt and almond or peanut butter A cup of hot chocolate and one cup of coffee diluted at least 3 times for a happy caffeine to hot water ratio.
Scrambled eggs with toast and coffee. After reading what others have, it’s moving me to try new things and get out of my dietary rut.
MacDonald's Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and coffee that I dumped out because they nearly always insist on cream and sugar even when I specifically ask for black coffee.
Well, I've stumbled upon a perverted way to get me out of the house to do work on the property. Once again a morning of labor in the cold resulted in an elevated appetite: -French toast w/butter and real maple syrup -Sausage links -Pan fried potatoes -Omelette I don't believe this to be calorie-neutral.
