The Supreme Court has accepted a case on Mississippi's 15 week abortion prohibition law. For those that care about the 60+ million babies that have been killed in the U.S. since the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision, or feel the grievance of this sin staining our nation before God, I reference the following petition available to sign. The ACLJ is an excellent organization lobbying for religious and conservative values. Signing the petition is a small way to be active and influential for these causes. I always receive an unwanted junk email after each petition I sign, but clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom works effectively. https://aclj.org/pro-life/overturn-roe-v-wade-defeat-abortion-save-babies
biden sure as hell won't be getting any of this credit from me if it does! It's the judges President Trump chose, but it's almost too good to be true thinking that at long last, America will stop providing abortions "for" birth control ;(
Roe VS Wade was based on false testimony and should have been overturned after confessions were made.
yes, that's part of what she talks about in the Video. I didn't know a lot of the details of what happened back then. I was too busy to care about such things ;( I'm ashamed to say.
If it is overturned, it will just take the Feds out of the issue. Abortion will be determined on a state-by-state basis. In states where it was legal before the Roe v. Wade decision, it will again be legal, but not in all states. I don't know how it will affect Medicaid, government-sponsored abortions. States will also be permitted to differentiate between 20-week abortions and killing the baby as it enters the birth canal.
It's interesting that most of the same people who want the states to be allowed to decide whether or not to ban guns, something that is actually in the Constitution, are unwilling to allow the states to ban or even restrict abortion, which is not in the Constitution. Roe versus Wade was a purely political decision and, in my opinion, if the Supreme Court is going to legislate from the bench, they should be elected and term-limited.
Yeah, I have read some legal analysts who have said that Roe v. Wade was among the worst decisions the court has made. Some say second only to the Dred Scott decision. That is on a legal, constitutional basis only, not on an emotional or political one. The gun issue is pretty much resolved when the SCOTUS decided that the right to bear arms was an individual right, not a collective one, but the politics and emotions go on with that as well.
No, it won't. There are so many "" natural"" ways to cause an abortion the hospitals will be overwhelmed with women and hemorrhages. Needless to say, many midwives will "" come out of retirement"" . Additionally, those ladies who can't afford an abortion / don't dare to use other methods will deliver / leave the baby in a bucket on the park. Nobody can tell a woman what to do with her body
She shouldn’t have to drop a baby in a bucket in a park. women are half the population or more, men should not be able to tell women what to do. I don’t know how you fix that. Cutting a man off from his greatest pleasure, would not work unless it was a national movement and that might not work since it is nine old men who makes these decisions.
1) You may not "be aware yet" but sex is also women' greatest pleasure. 2) It would not be the first baby -still with the umbilical cord attached- who is found in a garbage can. 3) If R v W is overturned your taxes...and mine...will be paying for a lot more consequences of men / women greatest pleasure because people are ignorant to the point of not protecting themselves......not even to prevent all kind of diseases.
