Your Philosophical One Liners

Unlike a computer app, the human brain doesn’t have to be downloaded and it updates on it’s own provided of course, the user of said brain uses it.

I gave a cute sign in my house. It is setting on the desk in my office. I think it is inspirational. It says if you are waiting for a sign this is it. I always think it is a little witty when I walk past it. My friend said I should become a motivational speaker with lines like that. I explained that I purchased it at Target though.

 

The older I get, the more I realize how true this is:

I find such a comment to be hilarious. I always think my husband is like a big kid because he can never have table manners and always acts silly. I think it is awkward. One time we were eating lunch on a cruise ship and we talked to another couple. They were a little older than us and they were a little uptight looking. They were dressed formal and I think they took themselves very serious. Well they were talking about different businesses they owned and my husband claimed that I owned a bakery. I was hugely annoyed because I do not own a real bakery though. I own a app called Bakery Story on my iPad. Well several minutes later he revealed that they were a video game. The people with us did not appreciate that one. I thought the interaction was stupid. I think it is embarrassing. I smiled.

My previous caption has gotten several thumbs ups. I think it is amazing.
