I am embarrassed to say Christmas Break-In o_O with Danny Glover. I would say it is lame but that is overrating it. :D

I like Sandra Bullock so I watched 'Unforgiveable' on Netflix. I was not disappointed.

I think it was sometime around 1980 when I last went to a movie. There are some golden oldies (e.g., To Catch A Thief, Where Eagles Dare, etc) that I've seen on TV in years past, but none recently.

I like Sandra Bullock, too. I recently re-watched "Hope Floats" which was filmed in Smithville, Texas, a small town outside of Austin where my youngest son lives.

I thought Sandra Bullock was good in Miss Congeniality.

Witness for the Prosecution (1957) . Charles Laughton, Marlena Dietrich, Tyrone Power

Turner Classics. I watched this movie so long ago I forgot the plot completely. Never cared much for the 3 main actors in general. Just not my cups of tea. But Charles Laughton was perfect in this one. The interactions between Laughton and his nurse (Elsa Lanchester) worked well (imo).

I agree. I love their interaction. At one point doesn't she chase after him: "Sir Wilfred! Don't forget your brandy!"

    Yes, at the very end.

There was a remake in 1982 with Ralph Richardson, Diana Rigg, and Beau Bridges. I skipped through it. It seems to be more serious. And Deborah Kerr just doesn't fit as the nurse.

I'll have to find that, although I'm not much for remakes. But I do like Dianna Rigg. Richardson, Rigg and Kerr were all knighted (if that's the proper term) for their contributions to the arts.

I've got a lot of war movies in my watch-list so that's probably what I'm going to watch
