@Yvonne Smith - screw the doctor, you need go to ER ! I have seen and been thru this with others. i will leave it at that. Good luck, keep us posted!
No real Pits fro me last few days. The Peak the big ,Peak was the annoying dog people and chronic noise makers upstairs finally moved to another area. . it has been blissfully quick like the old days. Will enjoy for as long as it can last.
The pit started this morning after I dropped my grandson off at school. I admit that I'm not a driver that likes to drive when it's dark and especially when traffic is at it's busiest. I got honked at. Only once but I knew I annoyed the driver when I was trying to get back into the lane to make a left turn after having to pull over for an emergency vehicle to pass, it's the law. Well I couldn't and was thinking of an alternative route as traffic was speeding by. Sigh. The peak was I got to wear a nice pair of furry boots that I found at Goodwill yesterday. Let's see what the rest of the day holds.
My pit started last night when I woke up from my dream with a scream and had excruciating shoulder pains and nerve shocks radiating up into my neck and jaw. Thanks to my DS rub I got back to sleep after some fussing and cussing. The peak is that so far I have carried on as normal with my early morning Tai Chi and workout routine. I did all my housework work yesterday which no doubt accounts for the shoulder flare-up. My fourth cup of coffee has me feeling a bit sassy and jealous that @Von Jones found furry boots at an affordable price. Now if I can get motivated for some Goodwill shopping, maybe I can put together this ensemble. I am really diggin the look!
I wear a 5 1/2 and it's hard to find shoes/boots that I like. For $5 dollars I threw them in my cart.
What a buy!! Wtg @Von Jones It is about "timing" in the thriftshops here as well, but I rarely find my 5.5 anywhere either. I just got lucky with some boots for Winter on Amazon. I was concerned about the fit because, naturally, I can't try them on first These fit perfect, and I actually gave them a review. I haven't taken any pics of them, but they aren't near as neat as yours. I just took a snip of them from online, and what surprised me was how well they are made, and even the foot-part is lined with the faux fur
Peak: Cleaning out my freezer and finding the last serving of homemade ravioli and a forgotten slice of apple pie. Pit: Finishing the ravioli dinner and then digging into that apple pie to discover it was a slice of homemade chicken pot pie. I'm not sure I'm gonna get over it.
Pit: Nothing really. Just some very cold air outside and snow has turned to some ice. Peak: Apparently next-door neighbor is moving. Boy, what a time of the year to move.......cold-freezing weather and snow! Anyway, we won't be hearing their dog, Jameson, barking when nobody is home. Asked maintenance to fix their door, after they move out. It's very loud when opened or closed and they didn't care. They are the ones that have had the PD to their apartment some five times since they moved in last August. Just hope the next new neighbor is friendlier, but then again, almost nobody in the complex is friendly!
