What's For Supper?

I like shepherds pie, but have not heard of a short ribbed one. Sounds tasty

Cooking my homemade chicken soup/stew right now.

 

Pot roast today. I think I'll make some biscuits, too.

 

The better half is dining with his mom this evening while he does her taxes, so I've decided to have a BLT for my dinner. I've got a nice fat tomato on the kitchen windowsill.

 

Spaghetti with meat sauce (made with Rao's vodka sauce and Italian sausage), salad, garlic bread.

 

Sauteed pork chops, creamed potatoes, fresh asparagus w/lemon sauce.

 

Chicken green chile enchiladas, salad, tortilla chips, beer. Leftover blueberry cobbler for dessert.

 

Using the crock pot oldest granddaughter sent us ,so it roast.

 

Today's my better half's birthday and he wants to go to Outback, so that sounds good to me. I'll have to study the menu to see what I want to order.

 

I just explained to the neighbors cat who thinks it is always supper time, that it is only 2pm. He'll be back !

 

Since I'll be going to an Irish pub, I'll be having corn beef and cabbage and beer
