That is exactly what this is all about, whether the states can decide individually, not whether it is going to be totally legal or illegal. Even back when it was not legal at all, it was still legal for medical reasons, just not for someone having an optional abortion as a means of birth control. I see no problem with it being a medical choice, and there are plenty of other options for birth control. The left is even trying to say that it will stop gay kids from going to public schools, and gay marriage, which has totally nothing to do with the Roe/Wade decision.
It's really all about the argument of when life begins. If the baby is an actual, living, breathing human being then it's not just about one body, it's about 2. I've met one or two women in my life that would give up their life to save their baby. Not much of that exists since I've only met 2 in 69 years.

So many young people are protesting, spouting off about things they know nothing about, and voting!! That's the scariest, saddest part to me, they were not educated the way we and our parents/grandparents before us. Our educational system seems to basically consist of liberal teachers and professors. Now good parents are waking up to what their kids have been subjected to in school since Covid happened, home-schooling, mask mandates on little ones, and technology (smartphones/cameras). PS I don't believe half (maybe more) of the women/girls getting abortions, know they are killing a baby, whenever people decide when the fetus is an actual person that is

Everyone who can read knows that abortion is not a constitutional right, but that doesn't mean states cannot make it a protected situation. States can make rape and murder legal as well if they so choose. Theft and assault are de facto protected in some jurisdictions. Carrying guns IS a constitutionally-protected right that many have been working for years to find a way around. The opposite is the case with abortion. Murder is left to the states to outlaw, too, as there is now blanket federal law against murder.
I just took a screenshot from a video which shows CNN now showing pictures of the liberal out there with their red and green and purple hair and waving signs, and claiming that they are preparing for violence from the far right………. How crazy is that ? When you watch the whole video, it shows them talking about blaming the conservatives for the protests. Some of the pictures look like they are from something else entirely, to me. As afar as I know, there have not even been any kind of protests about this from conservatives. Total lies from the media, as usual !

Now, the last three years, more and more legal measures have been used to remove most of the few remaining 'freedoms' -as if there are any left. Now, since nine eleven, and more, anyone can be arrested and imprisoned. No phone call, no lawyer, no news, no family notified. It does not happen often in most persons view, but it can, and does daily. There does not seem to be any expectation in the system, or any plan in the system, to correct anything or to become helpful.
Oh Jeff. We have been ruled all along. The Roman times, Egyptian times, Europeans came to the new world to find freedom. Still had to play the games of the rulers. Go West and get free land! So it was easier for the rulers to join east and west coasts. Legal measures have been happening all along. The new Dems are only just starting to get a glimpse of what is happening but they still believe the propaganda until the rulers can get the new world order off the ground. And yes, we know God is the only way but even the bible and koran say it has to play out. Unfortunately, laws are necessary for humans. The problem has been they are not enforced equitably and THAT is the struggle.
