I have another idea.............
What if we go back to our Island and come back with another boat that has a ramp so we can wheel the chest right up on board ...........
Maybe also a crane to pick it up and swing it on board..
We are not that young and we don't want to undertake a project we can't do.. I feel for you girls and I will not let you get hurt or injured.. NO WAY !!!! your well being is more important than the chest..

Although it is a motor boat, we can come in fast, get the chest, wheel it up to the boat on a dolly, hoist it on board and leave fast before we end up being supper to the natives..
We will bring lots of those ex-lax candies if they come to see us do our thing..

How about this crane ? I think we could get this on to the boat, its small but very mighty and I believe it could handle that treasure chest..

 

OK, we followed Steve's plan. We got the treasure chest back to our island and opened it. Only to find that it was full of

OK. I took the lining out and all I found was this old painting.



It looks like it was painted by a five year old. It's signed by somebody named Picasso. I think I 'bout as well throw it in the campfire. Who in the world would buy something that looks like it was painted by a five year old child?

 

Oh my Cod, Shirley!! We really are rich, that painting was painted by the Great Picasso himself,, Its worth more than the queens palace!! We have finally found the Mother Load,,!!!
