I really like to use it for pasta salads, and to mix it with other small pasta shapes. Bits of pasta taste without the heavy feel of pasta overload.
I ordered from Amazon powdered honey, and and suction cup safety bars for the shower hopefully will help me from slipping and sliding. Haven't had a chance to look at them but I received them today.
That Jiagulon is an interesting plant. I was told it works to help founder in horses as well as people ills. I definitely think food is our medicine and sugar is our poison. But each person is different in opinion and physical make up. I have lived to eat, pretty much all my life. Not sure if I can actually eat to live as I should. But am giving it a try.
I agree that there are lots of natural medicines out there, but think they are meant to augment a natural life. I'm with you regarding my diet being more for emotional enjoyment than physiological well-being. I doubt that natural remedies were meant to address lifestyle issues.

When I needed Ditalini to make my Chef John's minestrone, I was surprised to find it in my local Food Lion here in the middle of Virginia. I had never heard of it before and was sure it was gonna require a trip to Charlottesville to hit Whole Foods. But even my local Walmart carries it.
My daughter found the recipes for Olive Garden soups on line. We need ditalini (little dittles) to make pasta y fagioli. Yum.
I've said many times...give me a good soup & salad bar with homemade bread, and I'll not need another thing to eat.
