No,mildly attractive but beautiful, not even close? Beautiful is reserved for a very few. Attractive, pretty are more common.

We need a flapper from the Roaring Twenties. . How about Clara Bow, the It Girl? . More cute than glamorous?
I had to try to find out how young she was in the left-hand pic. She got her start at 16. Looks about right. (Had a suck childhood. Screwed her up for life.)
I never considered Jackie to be beautiful, either... but seems like lots of people did. She was attractive, though.
A philandering politician and his dutiful wife. Camelot. Fitting description for the masses. Where's Most Beautiful #1 when you need her? ♫Happy Burrrthday, Mister Pres-i-dent♫
I think we should add Clara Bow as a representative from that era. I think it's very difficult to find 50 beautiful women, so we take some that are attractive with charisma. Once the list is complete, it doesn't mean we can't remove and replace a woman, if we found the better candidate.
I can't imagine trying to limit the number of beautiful women to only 50. Aside from maybe Eleanor Roosevelt and/or Mother Teresa, most women in the public eye are beautiful. And all the women here on SO, doubly so....
I was a beauty school drop out and why they made us learn finger curls in the 20th century is beyond me.But yes they were some beauty's back then too. Jean Harlow is on the list which is one.
Marilyn McCoo of The 5th Dimension I've had a crush on her ever since there were crushes...and her voice ain't bad, either.
She was very attractive I thought about her and Sylvia from Mickey and Sylvia ( Love is Strange) Cher Abbey Lane
